This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this highly respected restaurant, which is part of a successful UK based group. As Sous Chef, you'll support the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing a la carte service for up to 100 covers. You'll be creating modern Mediterranean inspired cuisine, using the finest seasonal ingredients.

Previous experience at Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef level within a Michelin starred/3AA Rosette restaurant is required for this role.
An inspiring leader who will help to mentor, develop and retain a team of up to 15 chefs. Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
