As a Sous Chef at the George, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests' faces. You'll run a section, ensuring your team works together as one and you will step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef.

• Drive performance to smash targets with your team
• Train, inspire and support your team to deliver food you can be proud of
• Assist the Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control
• Master the art of working with a branded menu
• Confidently manage chefs and the wider kitchen team
• Ensure the team adheres to health and hygiene regulations
