Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and lead by example in delivering hot, quality dishes for our guests. You'll be right in the action as second to the Head Chef, stepping up when they're off shift and ensuring consistency across service.

You'll manage the line, assist with all kitchen operations, and help develop the team while upholding the highest standards of food and service. Flexible, part-time hours are available.
