Sous Chef - Lead the Line, Elevate Service

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in a vibrant pub kitchen. You'll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping in when needed, and responsible for running the line during service with a focus on quality and consistency.

You'll oversee and develop the kitchen team, upholding high standards of food and service while supporting the Head Chef in all kitchen operations. This role offers opportunities to progress within our award winning pub company.
