Sous Chef - Lead the Line, Elevate Food & Team

Marston's PLC is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. You'll lead by example to deliver hot, quality food that meets high standards, while supporting the Head Chef across all kitchen operations.

You'll manage the line during service, supervise and develop the kitchen team, and bring branded kitchen experience to our busy pubs and restaurants. A friendly, energetic atmosphere awaits with opportunities for progression.
