Sous Chef - Lead the Line & Develop the Kitchen

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at a pub setting. You'll be right in the action, acting as second in command to the Head Chef and ensuring hot, quality food is presented to the pass every service.

You'll support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, run the line during service, and help develop the team to maintain the highest standards of food and service.
