Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen, Seasonal Menus & Training

Coniston Hotel Ltd in England is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing quality meals for our 1 Rosette Restaurant and other dining outlets, ensuring exceptional food and service standards.

Ideal candidates should have previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef De Partie, and hold an NVQ Level 2 catering qualification. The position offers a salary of £38,000 per annum along with various benefits.
