Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen, Mentorship & Menu Innovation

Soho House is seeking a Sous Chef to join our premium kitchen team in London. You will support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in delivering exceptional dishes, leading day-to-day operations, and maintaining Soho House standards across all services.

You will oversee junior chefs, enforce food safety and allergen policies, contribute to menu development, and ensure smooth service with strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.
