Sous Chef - Lead Kitchen in Scenic Scotland (Live-in)

Crieff Hydro Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for The Kingshouse Hotel in Glencoe. You'll be second-in-command in the kitchen, lead a brigade, train staff, and ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.

You'll mentor junior chefs, collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a memorable guest experience, and participate in menu development with a focus on Scottish ingredients. A full-time, permanent role with accommodation may be available.
