About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Charlotte Street. As a key member of the kitchen leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and seamless guest experiences.
Responsibilities- Manage the kitchen when the head chef is away.
- Train, coach and develop our Junior Chefs.
- A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high volume restaurant environment.
