Sous Chef - Handmade Viennoiserie & Bread, Portishead

Mokoko Coffee & Bakery, based in the south west with sites in Bath, Bristol and Portishead, handcrafts viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads daily in front of customers. We currently have an exciting Sous Chef opportunity in our Portishead bakery, situated on the beautiful marina.

Working alongside and reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the daily production of viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and breads that form our thoughtful menu.
