Sous Chef - Fresh Pub Classics, Local Sourcing, Progression

Chef Results Limited is seeking a Sous Chef to work alongside the Chef Patron in a busy English country pub, focusing on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menu development.

You will lead a small team of up to four, help design dishes, and cover service in the Head Chef's absence. The role offers meals on duty, possible accommodation, and progression opportunities.
