The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy, fresh food restaurant in Ringwood. This is a high-volume kitchen serving a strong food offering across both indoor dining and outdoor service areas, within a venue that also operates 20 guest rooms.
You will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and consistently high standards.
What We're Looking For- Experience at Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous / Senior CDP level
- Background in fresh food, high-volume kitchens
- Ability to support and lead a team during busy service
- Strong organisation and kitchen management skills
- Passion for quality ingredients and consistency
- Confident in maintaining food safety and kitchen standards
- Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends
- Own transport essential due to location
- £17.25 per hour
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Paid overtime
