  • With confident expertise and a refined presence, you take care of the wine and sparkling wine service for our international guests

  • You present our carefully curated wine selection with enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge - personalised, authentic and at the highest level

  • Tailored recommendations, a strong sense for individual preferences and a confident approach to special requests are second nature to you

  • You ensure that all wines and sparkling wines are served professionally and meet our high quality standards

  • With a keen eye for detail and elegance, you help prepare and maintain a refined atmosphere in the restaurant

  • When needed, you also support the à-la-carte service and exclusive banquet events as a reliable team player

  • Working closely with the kitchen, service and management, you contribute to a smooth and harmonious guest experience

  • Mise-en-place, cleanliness, organisation and proper storage of the wine selection fall under your responsibility

  • With your passion for wine and your personal touch, you help create truly memorable moments for our guests

What we offer
  • Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy (EFZ or equivalent qualification)

  • Certified sommelier education (e.g. WSET Level 3, CMS or equivalent); advanced certification is an asset

  • Proven experience as a Junior Sommelier or higher, ideally in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment

  • Excellent knowledge of wine, sparkling wine and food pairings, combined with a confident and elegant guest approach

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage

  • Well-groomed appearance, polished manners and a natural sense of discretion and style

  • Strong team spirit, resilience and flexibility - even during demanding service periods

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
