We are currently recruiting for a Sommelier to join our Oak Room team.

The Oak Room, our Michelin star restaurant, offers an elegant seasonal tasting menu created by Head Chef Michael Tweedie and his team. Inspired by exceptional Irish ingredients sourced from dedicated growers, farmers, fishermen, and producers from across the island, The Oak Room provides a polished yet relaxed dining experience in one of Ireland's most enchanting settings.

Less than two years after its debut, The Oak Room received Michelin star recognition in October 2019, becoming the only starred restaurant in County Limerick. Located in the original family dining room of Adare Manor, the space remains the heart of the house, inviting guests to enjoy food prepared with passion, precision and respect for the seasons.

We have built a Sommelier Team of passionate and knowledgeable wine professionals who contribute to a strong and vibrant wine culture throughout the resort.

Candidate requirements:

• WSET/CMS Level 2 (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sommelier in luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of French and New World wines
• Ability to work well under pressure
