We are actively looking for a: Lead Nurse ( %) Your mission As a lead nurse, you will take on the role of responsible for your practice. You will perform and delegate quality care to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of clients at home. In their living environment, you will define with them the most suitable solutions while developing a privileged relationship of trust. Main responsibilities - Develop the care project based on the needs of clients and their surroundings and provide the interventions planned in the action plan. - Actively participate in interdisciplinary work and follow-ups in network management and collaborate closely with home care staff while ensuring the quality of delegated medical, hygiene, and comfort care, while supporting clients daily. - Receive, clarify, and direct requests for follow-ups in the files according to institutional guidelines, thereby ensuring the continuity of care. - Establish and maintain lasting relationships with partners in the regional medical-social network (professionals, volunteers, user groups). - Serve as a reference in the overall follow-up of clients: advice, support in administrative and financial matters. Profile: - Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent title recognized by the Red Cross (essential) - Good knowledge of the Swiss socio-health field - Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills in French (oral and written) and strong writing skills. - Ease in managing priorities and decision-making within team tools, service orientation, and ability to work independently.
