Enterprise Accounts SE Profile
  • Dedicated to their assigned accounts the Enterprise Accounts SE will work with Account Managers to build out and own Account Plans (Technical and Strategic), Account Vision Boards, Whitespace and Persona Maps.

  • The Enterprise Accounts SE will provide dedicated Technical Account Management to accelerate expansion (iACV) opportunities, and drive product adoption & customer success.

  • The Enterprise Accounts SE will foster relationships and build long lasting rapport with technical champions and coaches achieving trusted advisor status within their assigned accounts.

  • Enterprise Accounts SEs are invested in a smaller number of accounts allowing them to learn that business better and build better/stronger champions (requiring ongoing education, inspiration, and coaching).

Characteristics:
  • Become the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) for assigned accounts.

  • Owner of Technical Account Plan and alignment with Strategic Account Plan. The "Technical Quarterback" oversees all technical activities within the assigned accounts.

  • Drive overall Customer Success in assigned accounts through a deep understanding of the three pillars of success: People, Process, and Technology.

  • Developing and maintaining Technical Champions.

  • Becoming a "trusted advisor" not just to your customers, but also to your Splunk Account team and leadership, and keeping everyone apprised of key developments.

  • Adept at designing solutions and scoping proof events using Splunk products and Services that align with customer's desired business outcomes and demonstrate quantifiable, measurable value.

  • Can position Splunk vs. main competitors across all solution areas.
