The Role

The Solution Architect (SSA) will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive unified communications technology solutions that address the specific business needs of Large Tier 1 Telecommunications Carriers/Operators.

Responsibilities

Some of the key tasks performed by the Solution Architect include:

  • Analyzing and understanding business requirements
  • Identifying potential technology solutions
  • Designing and planning the implementation of the chosen solution
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the solution and making necessary adjustments
  • Developing sales material and customer presentations to drive and win new business with the sales team
  • Participating actively in winning new business with the sales team
  • Defining and documenting the overall solution architecture
  • Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution
  • Developing and maintaining architectural standards and best practices
  • Ensuring the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements
  • Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
  • Reviewing project plans, technical documents, and specifications for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborating with sales, product management, and deployment teams for seamless project execution
  • Identifying process improvement areas and implementing best practices
  • Staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulations related to telecommunications/UCaaS

Qualifications

  • Impeccable written and communication skills
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Background and knowledge in Telecommunications (Essential)
  • Motivated professional capable of operating within a plan while showing innovation and initiative
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, trustworthy, and a team player
