Solution Architect - Platform Integration & DevOps

Location: On-site working 2-3 days a week as required in Corsham, Wiltshire

Clearance: Active DV Clearance

We're seeking a Solution Architect to support the integration of a secure cloud hosting ecosystem within Defence. You'll play a key role in establishing a new DevOps function and leading the design of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code tooling, and Landing Zone architectures for the SCC Hyperscale platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate SCC Hyperscale into SECRET cloud hosting.
• Lead CI/CD pipeline and IaC tooling design.
• Establish and grow an S-Cloud DevOps function.
• Work closely with Cloud teams and Preferred Bidders.
• Create secure, compliant designs aligned with NCSC standards.
• Contribute to Defence and cross-government working groups.
• Mentor junior architects and support team recruitment.

About You:

• Strong background in DevOps, cloud integration, and secure environments.
• Proven experience with CI/CD, IaC (eg, Terraform), and platform architecture.
• Comfortable navigating government compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
