Position summary

As a Solutions Analyst III, you will be responsible for designing structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments. Job responsibilities
  • Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy.
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced data visualization and presentation.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Knowledge of financial payments and commercial account/liquidity products.
  • Experience using Atlassian Jira for requirements capture and technical backlog management.
  • Experience using Atlassian Confluence and Lucid Charts for technical documentation and diagramming.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies such as Scrum, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
  • Experience working alongside software engineers to help rapidly synthesize, distill, translate, and clarify complex business processes into clear written technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of non-functional requirements and brokering these with the business and technology teams to enable delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions.
  • Foundational awareness of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner).
