We're seeking an experienced, independent Solution Engineer to join our dynamic London team

This is a critical role requiring complete ownership of complex technical processes - from initial pre sales through full customer onboarding. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead Technical Sales Processes
  • Take full ownership of the technical aspects of sales cycles, including deep understanding of customer requirements and matching the right solutions
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients
  • Develop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectives
Technical Implementation & Onboarding
  • Lead complete technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutions
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles
  • 2 years in fintech - Bonus!
  • Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking approach to client challenges

Personal Qualities:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills - ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Independence and proactivity - thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment
  • Cultural fit for our London office and fast-paced, creative startup atmosphere
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
  • London-based- 4 times a week, in office presence is required
