We're seeking an experienced, independent Solution Engineer to join our dynamic London team
This is a critical role requiring complete ownership of complex technical processes - from initial pre sales through full customer onboarding. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead Technical Sales Processes
- Take full ownership of the technical aspects of sales cycles, including deep understanding of customer requirements and matching the right solutions
 - Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients
 - Develop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectives
 
Technical Implementation & Onboarding
- Lead complete technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
 - Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutions
 - Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations
 - Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials
 
- 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles
 - 2 years in fintech - Bonus!
 - Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution
 
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping
 - Strong problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking approach to client challenges

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills - ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 - Independence and proactivity - thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment
