Solution Architect (Dynamics365 & Power Platform)

£60K-£67K p/a - 2 days per week working from Bircham Newton office - 2 year fixed-term contract

Our Norfolk based Public Sector client have an immediate requirement for a Solution Architect (Dynamics365 & Power Platform) to join on a 2 year fixed-term contract, as part of a large scale service transition programme.

This Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role will be instrumental in transforming the organisations digital services, creating accessible, secure, and efficient systems that support the product, customer management while delivering exceptional service.

Key experience required for the Solution Architect (Dynamics365 & Power Platform):

Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform

  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Customer Engagement
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Proven experience delivering Power BI reporting solutions
  • Strong understanding of when to use Power Automate versus other integration options

Web Technologies & Standards

  • Expert knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG v2.1 AA)
  • Experience deploying multi-language web solutions, particularly non-Microsoft native languages (Welsh)
  • Comprehensive understanding of OWASP top ten and web security best practices
  • Strong UX design principles and implementation experience

Security & Identity

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD B2C
  • Proven track record implementing identity federation and SSO solutions
  • Deep understanding of security role configuration and access control
  • Knowledge of Secure by Design frameworks and UK Government security guidelines

Business Domain Knowledge

  • Understanding of customer management and engagement processes
  • Experience with claims/case management systems
  • Knowledge of financial transaction processing and reporting
