Outstanding opportunity to join this global technology consulting business who specialise in delivering enterprise scale architectures specifically for the global retail sector. Typical projects include RFID, smart warehousing, supply chain and fulfilment.

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a multi-year RFID programme focused on transforming store stock accuracy, tagging, scanning, and replenishment execution. This is a pivotal role, reporting into the Domain or Principal Architect, and will shape the conceptual and technical foundations of a high-impact initiative.

• 5+ years' experience as a Solution Architect within retail, warehousing and RFID stock management systems
• Experience defining and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical architecture across business, application, data, and technical domains
• Proven experience in RFID programmes
• Track record of leading discovery phases, business case development, and conceptual design
• Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to articulate complex solutions clearly.
• A willingness to work in Reading 1-2 days per week (the rest remote)

£600-£625 per day (Inside IR35). 6 months rolling.
