Solicitor Or Conveyancer

Our busy, growing Conveyancing team is looking for a qualified solicitor/licenced conveyancer (2 years+ PQE) or experienced conveyancer (5+ years) to take on a varied residential caseload and hit the ground running!

• Able to manage a caseload from instruction to completion
• Excellent client care skills
• Team player who thrives in a busy environment

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, and remortgages of both freehold & leasehold properties including reviewing contracts, raising enquiries, and reporting to clients.
• Carry out title checks, searches, and all pre exchange/completion work.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress files efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with SDLT, Land Registry, CQS and firm procedures.
• Maintain accurate file records and update the case management system.

We're open to discussing which location would work for the right candidate, Widnes, Runcorn or Huyton
