Solicitor- Commercial Property- 1-3PQE - £45-55k - Hull

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor with a passion for pubs? My client, a highly regarded firm that that advises some of the UK's largest pub companies and licensed operators, are now looking to recruit a 1-3 PQE solicitor to join their busy and well-established Pub Team due to their continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, specialist team, working alongside three partners, a solicitor, a trainee, and a paralegal. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters within a unique and dynamic sector. While prior experience in pubs or leisure isn't essential, a strong grounding in general commercial property is key. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to get stuck in
