Job Description
  • Advise on derivatives across asset classes: credit, commodities, interest rates, FX, and equities.
  • Draft and negotiate ISDA and other master trading documentation (GMRA, GMSLA, ToBs).
  • Support structured finance deals including margin loans and strategic equity financings.
  • Advise on EMIR and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate on cross-border, multi-asset class transactions.
The Successful Applicant
  • England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.
  • Strong experience in derivatives and structured finance.
  • Solid understanding of ISDA documentation and EMIR compliance.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience at a leading law firm or in-house at a financial institution is a plus.
