We have created a streamlined organisation, we aim to foster an environment of choice with clear career development paths, a focus on learning and development and a highly supportive structure.

About the Role

This is a flexible opportunity - full-time, part-time or fixed term.

As a Qualified Lawyer you will provide advice based on policy and legislation. We are looking for someone with expertise in Trust administration and a broad understanding of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and simple Court of Protection work. You will undertake specialist or technical research and analysis, provide comprehensive legal advice, and demonstrate effective delegation of and administrative tasks to Legal Assistants and Paralegals as appropriate. This role requires you to adopt a client-first mindset, ensuring each matter is handled with care and efficiency.

About you

You must have a robust knowledge of a full range of WTP caseload and have experience of case management and managing a portfolio. You will be accountable for organising your own workload and make independent decisions with the support of Partners within the team. You will manage a fee-earning target and you must be able to communicate effectively on every level. To be successful you must be able to work independently, be self-motivated but also work well in a team. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to explain complex legal issues in a clear, sensitive, and jargon-free way. You must be able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally. Whilst not essential, it is ideal that you are STEP qualified, working towards it, or looking to complete STEP qualifications in the near future.

Join a team where your expertise will be valued, and your work will make a real difference in people's lives.
