Role: Solicitor - Private Client (3 years + PQE)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Solicitor to join our busy Private Client department.

The successful candidate will:

• Communicate with clients, managing your own caseload
• Prepare and draft Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts
• Managing existing Trusts, while advising clients on both the creation and winding up of Trusts.
• Handle often complex Estate Administration work with minimal supervision
• Work as part of the wider Private Client team to support Solicitors at Associate and Partner level
• Have the ability to work in a fast paced, high turnover environment

Required attributes and capabilities

• Knowledge of Trusts, Wills, POA's, and Executry procedure
• Experience preferably having worked in a Private Client Firm
• The ability to manage a large case load
• High analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience working with clients
