Requirements

• Work closely with individuals, families and business owners to provide practical, thoughtful and commercially minded advice around future planning and asset protection
• Take the time to understand each client's wider circumstances - including their priorities, relationships and long-term objectives - ensuring your advice reflects what matters most and helps them plan with confidence
• Proactively identify clients' underlying needs, risks and objectives - not just responding to the immediate instruction
• Advise on Wills, trusts and LPAs
• Support succession and estate planning matters
• Build strong relationships with clients and referrers through a deep understanding of their needs and priorities
• Networking and business development activity
• Support and mentor junior colleagues
• Help shape and grow a modern Lifetime Planning offering
