Solicitor - Family & Capacity Law, Court Practice

Southside Personnel in Dublin is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join a busy practice working across Family Law and Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) matters. The role is client-facing and may involve court work outside Dublin.

You'll gain experience in judicial separation, custody, EPAs, wards, and capacity proceedings while collaborating with senior lawyers and counsel. Applicants should have strong communication with vulnerable clients.
