In this role, you'll lead software implementation projects with a focus on data migration, system configuration, and delivering tailored solutions to clients in the cultural sector.

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for managing and executing the full life cycle of implementation projects. This includes analysing customer data, performing migrations from Legacy systems, configuring web-based applications, and ensuring smooth software rollouts. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data migration activities: data mapping, transformation, and import
• Configure and deliver software tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams on timelines and deliverables
• Provide clear, ongoing communication to clients throughout projects
• Support clients post-deployment to ensure high satisfaction

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in project delivery, data management, or software implementation
• Strong understanding of software and configuration processes
• Hands-on experience or exposure to data migration tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Confident communication in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Desirable Skills:

• Technical knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, XML, IIS, C#
• Experience with Agile project methodologies
• Background in archives, museums, or libraries is a plus
