We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Agile Software Development Team. The role involves driving innovation, AI assisted development, and mentoring a team of software engineers and testers.

The RoleLead an Agile Software Development Team, embedding test driven development and using AI assisted tooling.
Work that matters - what you'll be doing- Manage a cross functional team of software engineers and testers while providing mentoring and coaching.
- Ensure best practices in software development are maintained.
- Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of code and software architecture.
- Monitor team performance, set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters to identify issues, find solutions, and improve efficiency and productivity.
- Drive a high cooperation culture where learning is central.
- Work closely with Product Design to manage resources, recruitment, training, and tools to keep delivery on track.
- Experience motivating and guiding software professionals, managing cross functional teams, and coaching.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, particularly in .NET and Angular.
- Commitment to code quality, test driven development, continuous improvement, and AI assisted tools.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and continuous improvement culture.
- Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate components.
- Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Understanding of best practices, code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Up to date knowledge of latest technologies and industry trends.
