As Software Engineering Manager, you'll operate in a highly visible role, building bespoke platforms, advanced data capabilities, and AI-driven tools that directlyinfluenceC-suitestrategyandinvestmentoutcomes.
This is a hands-on engineering leadership position overseeing a small, high-performing team (full stack + data) while staying deeply engaged in architecture and delivery. You'll work across AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, and low-code tooling, advancing a secure, cloud-native ecosystem centered on automation, reuse, and DevSecOps excellence.
In this role, you'll partner closely with C-level stakeholders, translate strategic priorities into scalable technical solutions, and shape engineering standards and architectural direction as the function continues to expand.
