As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of 10-15 engineers, fostering an open and high-performance culture while being client-facing. Your role will involve overseeing team sprints, performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement, and taking ownership of any saftey and security standards such as ISO certifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Python, or any other OOP language. Their tech stack includes Java, Springboot, Microservices, Python, and AWS. Leadership and management experience of at least 1-2 years is essential for this role, and exposure to ISO certifications would be a plus.
