Job Description: You will build end-to-end features for a cutting edge platform using AI and behavioral science to transform team coordination. Working directly with founders from Oxford and MIT, you will shape core architecture and develop agentic AI tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to join an elite team before public launch.

What you will do:

• Build and own end to end features across a modern stack including React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Architect scalable and secure systems as the product moves from prototype to production grade software.
• Collaborate with product and design to push the frontier of agentic AI and intuitive collaboration tools.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds 1-3 years of professional full stack experience with strong expertise in back end development and PostgreSQL.
• Possesses a "builder" mindset, thriving in high ambiguity environments and shipping clean, scalable code rapidly.
• Demonstrates a deep curiosity for AI, behavioral science, or developing generational tools that change how people work.
