Job Description

Software Engineer - London, 2 days on site


My client is building AI voice tech and need a hands-on engineer to help us scale. You'll work across the stack (mostly backend), ship features, and own your work-no micromanagement here.


What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain full-stack features (with a backend focus)
  • Integrate with third-party services
  • Contribute to AI voice R&D and prompt engineering
  • Own your work-you'll have autonomy and trust


What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years' experience
  • Extensive experience working with Python and frameworks
  • Solid with SQL/NoSQL, REST APIs, and DevOps basics
  • Clear communicator, self-starter


Very nice to have:

  • LLMs or voice tech experience
  • Real-time systems knowledge
  • AWS, security, or compliance know-how
