About the Opportunity:

You'll join a small, highly capable engineering team preparing a clinical product for its first U.S. hospital integration. The work is hands-on, varied, and impactful, ranging from strengthening the product to refining the underlying systems used in real clinical environments.

What You'll Work On

• Increasing test coverage across the codebase
• Refactoring and cleaning up Legacy code & databases
• Building new features across Back End and occasional Front End
• Improving CI/CD and overall system reliability
• Participating in technical conversations with hospital IT teams
• Clarifying integration requirements, data flows & security needs

Tech Stack:

Python | AWS | Terraform | PostgreSQL | React | Containers | CI/CD

Required Experience:

• 5+ years' experience as a software developer
• Strong hands-on skills with Python & AWS
• Experience with IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, containerization & relational DBs
• Comfortable writing tests, debugging, and improving systems
• Able to self-organize and work independently
• Confident communicating with external technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

• MedTech or clinical/health-data systems
• Integrations with Epic (EHR) or other hospital systems
• Regulated or compliance-heavy environments

Languages:

• Swedish: Strongly Preferred
• English: Required
