The Amazon Q-CST Customer Success Team (CST) leverages deep knowledge of AWS data services and data analytics to propose, architect, and implement transformational solutions for customers, including leveraging Gen AI services as an enabler. Q-CST Builders are responsible for architecting and developing end-to-end solutions that leverage Generative AI technologies like Amazon Q and Bedrock, designing robust solution blueprints, and integrating Gen AI capabilities into existing systems or applications. Builders collaborate with Strategists and customer stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and develop scalable and secure Generative AI solutions. They provide guidance on data preparation, model training, and deployment strategies to ensure successful implementation and adoption, and maintain weekly customer updates and SFDC hygiene in line with ProServe delivery best practices for operational excellence.
Key responsibilities- Design and develop Amazon Q and Gen AI application architectures for various use cases (e.g., text generation, image synthesis, data augmentation) while following Amazon's best practices and guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies for training, fine-tuning, and optimizing generative AI application design to ensure high performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, leveraging AWS AI/ML services and infrastructure.
- Support integration of Gen AI applications into existing third-party applications (e.g., SAML with Okta, Azure AD) with AWS services (e.g., IDC, DynamoDB) to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Gen AI Strategists, Customer Project Managers, UX designers, AWS AI/ML specialists) to ensure effective integration of generative AI outputs into end-user applications, considering user experience, accessibility, and ethics.
- Partner with Customer and AWS Security specialists to design, deliver, and maintain secure and resilient Gen AI solutions in compliance with Amazon's security standards.
- Lead and contribute to the development of reusable tools, libraries, and frameworks for building and deploying Amazon Q applications, fostering collaboration within the Amazon AI/ML community.

Basic Qualifications- Knowledge of primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route 53, S3)
- Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments
- Experience in IT implementation
- Experience and technical expertise in design and implementation of cloud computing technologies
- Experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or hands-on experience with technology infrastructure, networking, computing, storage, and virtualization
