About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Soft Services Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of our key support services across cleaning, catering, and security. This is a pivotal role, ensuring that all soft service operations run to the highest standards, creating a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop the soft services teams, ensuring effective delivery across cleaning, catering, and security operations.
  • Oversee service performance, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and security protocols.
  • Manage supplier contracts and monitor KPIs/SLAs, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies, schedules, and quality audits to maintain consistently high standards.
  • Effectively manage budgets, resources, and staffing, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, responding to queries, feedback, and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, safety, and customer service across all soft services teams.
About You
  • Proven experience managing multiple soft services, cleaning, catering and security experience essential
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards (e.g., health & safety, food safety, SIA regulations).
  • Excellent organisational, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and supplier contracts.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
