Sodium Cathode Scientist - High-Voltage Electrode Dev

TaiSan is developing next-generation polymer electrolytes to enable Sodium Batteries 2.0. We seek a Cathode Developer to own cathode electrode development from powders through coated sheets and to optimize cathode + catholyte performance for high-voltage, high-capacity cells.

You will design and optimize cathode electrodes and catholyte formulations, define strategies for selecting sodium cathode chemistries, and work with analytical and cell teams to translate improvements into higher voltage,
