Job Description

We are recruiting for a Social Worker Team Manager in Reigate

About the role

• Provide a professional social work support to individuals, children, families and carers
• Using a range of interventions promote choice, control and independence
• Effective practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher level risks
• Leading role in staff development
• Line management of practitioners in the Team

Requirements About you

• Professional social work qualification recognised by HCPC
• Registered or in process of HCPC registration
• Experience of assessing the needs of children and young people
• Management / Supervisory experience
