Social Worker (Housing & Community Support)

Clare County Council invites applications for a Professionally Qualified Social Worker to join Housing Delivery, Infrastructure Provision & Land Activation. The role provides social work and welfare services to housing applicants and tenants, with emphasis on vulnerable groups including the Traveller Community and the homeless.

You will work in a multi disciplinary team under supervision, undertake needs assessments, advocate, and coordinate with agencies such as HSE, Tusla, An Garda Síochána.
