Responsibilities

• Provide professional oversight, guidance, and leadership in safeguarding practice within a fast-paced MASH environment.

• Balance frontline safeguarding work with leadership responsibilities to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with degree, diploma, or equivalent.
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Substantial experience in adult safeguarding, ideally within a MASH or multi-agency setting.
• Ability to support, mentor, and guide less experienced colleagues.
• Willingness to complete compliance checks (full support provided).
