Social Worker (Adults): Impactful, Flexible & Relocation

Bristol City Council is recruiting Social Workers for Adults across Community Social Work Teams, Hospital Discharge Teams, and the Advice, Information and Assessment Service. The post involves assessing needs under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, with strong emphasis on strengths-based, person-centred care and co-production.
