What you will do

• Lead the Changing Futures team, ensuring smooth and effective daily operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, strengthening their ability to meet service demands.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and safety standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders and clients to design and deliver person-centred services.
• Oversee and monitor team performance, striving for best practice and positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience.
• Must not have been in a permanent social worker post within the last 12 months.
• Ability to align with MOC guidelines.
• Willingness to adhere to a one-month notice period.
