Social Work Assistant - Care-at-Home Team Lanark

South Lanarkshire Council is recruiting a Social Work Assistant to join the Care at Home Team, Clydesdale, based in Lanark. You will help people live at home as independently as possible and support the goals that matter most to them, placing the individual at the centre of care and decisions.

The post offers supportive supervision and CPD, with a permanent 35-hour week. The work pattern is Monday to Thursday, with Friday shorter, and the office is located at South Vennel, Lanark.
