About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in social value, CSR, or training/skills development, ideally with knowledge of the recycling or sustainability sector.
Skilled at building and managing relationships with a wide range of partners and stakeholders.
Confident in developing and delivering social value action plans, including employment, skills, and community initiatives.
Analytical, detail-driven, and confident in data management and reporting.
A strong communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging with diverse groups.
Flexible and willing to travel to support projects across the region.
You'll also bring resilience, initiative, and a results-driven mindset, while being a collaborative team player who lives our values and empowers others.

At EMR, we give new life to unwanted materials. Every year, we recycle 10 million tonnes of metals and plastics, saving 19 million tonnes of carbon from entering the Earth's atmosphere, diverting waste from landfill and protecting resources and habitats.
