About the Role

Join ONSIDE as a Social Prescribing Link Worker & Wellbeing Coach and work within an organisation to support local people in Worcestershire. The role is split into two 18.5 hour per week positions: a Social Prescribing Link Worker and a Wellbeing Coach.

Responsibilities
  • Work with individuals to identify what matters most to them and connect them with non medical supports.
  • Support clients with low level mental ill health using evidence based tools, through one to one coaching sessions or group interventions.
  • Plan and deliver care plans addressing social, economic and environmental factors.
  • Manage a varied workload, remain adaptable to change and work independently.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Empathy and a person centred approach.
  • Experience supporting individuals with low level mental ill health.
  • Knowledge of evidence based coping tools.
  • Strong judgement, reliability, and a warm, friendly personality.
