Social Media Marketing

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, driven Social Media & Marketing Intern to support content creation, digital marketing initiatives, and on property storytelling. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, events, and lifestyle branding, with a strong eye for visuals and trends.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation

• Capture photo and video content across the property (events, dining, guest experiences, behind the scenes)
• Assist in producing Instagram Reels, TikToks, and short form video content
• Help maintain a consistent visual aesthetic aligned with the Hutton brand

Social Media Management

• Support daily posting on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Draft captions, hashtags, and engage with followers
• Monitor trends and recommend new content ideas

Marketing & Events Support

• Assist with promoting seasonal programming (brunches, live music, festivals, weddings)
• Help execute campaigns for major events and activations
• Coordinate with F&B, Sales, and Events teams for content opportunities

Brand Storytelling

• Highlight guest experiences, property features, and unique offerings
• Support influencer visits and partnerships
• Help maintain and grow brand presence across digital channels

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social trends
• Photography/video editing skills (iPhone or camera + basic editing apps)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/events
